Q. How do I know that my order was received?
A. Once your order has been entered you will receive an e-mail that includes your individual order confirmation number. Please refer to this number when contacting our customer service department about the status of your order. Our Customer Service number is (914) 747-7175 and are available 9AM-5PM MON-FRI

Q. How do I know when my order has been shipped?
A. Once your order has been shipped, a shipping tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address. You may go to the website of the appropriate carrier to follow your package progress.

Q. If I have a large list of recipients, can I still use your website?
A. Yes, but you might find it easier to download our Excel order form found on our website. If you'd still like to enter your order through our website, you will have to break up your order into separate orders .

Q. What is your guarantee?
A. Our guarantee is the timely arrival of your gifts in perfect condition. If you or your recipient are not 100% satisfied, simply let us know and we'll make it to your satisfaction.

Q. Can I have a gift shipped to a PO Box or military APO/FPO address?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to these address at this time.

Q. How can I be sure that my gift will be delivered on time?
A. Ground shipping* does not ensure delivery on a specific date. It can take up to 7 business days to deliver your gift depending on the destination and time of year (delivery times during the holiday season are typically longer). 2-day or 3-day shipping options will ensure delivery by the end of the day on the selected delivery date.
*Please select Overnight Delivery in the Shopping Cart to guarantee a specific delivery date.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept most major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and (coming soon) PayPal and Google Checkout. All payments must be in U.S. funds.

Q. Do I have to pay tax?
A. At this time tax is only charged on order shipping to New York State.

Q. Can I include a personalized message?
A. Of course, and remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form. Your baskets will arrive with your personalized gift card.

Q. Can I return a perishable item?
A. We cannot accept returns of perishable items includes fruit, meats, cheeses chocolates and any edible item.
