Act 1 Gift Baskets will ship all 2nd day air and next day air orders received before 12PM EST the same day and
all 2nd day air and next day air orders received after 12PM EST the next business day. All ground orders will
ship within 24-48 business hours. If you have the option to choose Ground shipping your order should arrive
anywhere from 2 to 6 business days at its destination depending on your location. Saturdays and Sundays are
not counted when calculating the number of days that a package is in transit. Act 1 Gift Baskets reserves the
right to alter same day shipping cut-off during all holiday periods. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO or
any other military addresses. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

7175. Please note that certain items can only be shipped by Next Day service due their perishable content. We
take pride in making our best effort that your order will arrive on time.
Fruit:
Please remember all fruit gifts have shipping restrictions.
• Monday through Wednesday standard and next day air shipping are the available options.
• Thursday Next Day air is the only option
(All fruit orders placed on Friday via "standard" ground will be shipped on Monday.)
Chocolate:
Beginning May 15th all chocolate gifts will only be available for shipping via Next Day air. There will be a
$5.00 surcharge added to each order for ice and heat sensitive packaging. No damage claims will be paid for
packages left outside by UPS. UPS does not guarantee perishable goods. In addition any gift baskets which
contain chocolate components will have the chocolate substituted out and replaced with hard candy items.
